I AM OFTEN REFERRED TO BY MY PEERS AS AN “OLD SOUL”, AND I’M COOL WITH IT.
My initial creative outlet found me exploring abstract expressionism painting throughout high school, placing it in local exhibits in the greater St. Louis, MO, where I grew up. After my first experience co-writing/directing a student short film while attending Arizona State University, I knew I had to learn the craft of cinema and enrolled in Vancouver Film School, where the short film that I co-wrote and produced, Birth Day, earned an A&E Short Filmmakers Award.
Giving life to untold stories continues to draw me towards filmmaking, a medium that challenges convention, changes narratives and creates meaningful dialogue. Throughout my filmmaking experience, it’s exposed me to people who challenge my worldview, which has allowed me to grow both as an individual and a filmmaker.
There’s a world out there filled with beautiful people – I love the opportunity to capture a small glimpse of it.

Quote: “Destiny is a feeling you have that you know something about yourself nobody else does. … It’s a kind of a thing you kind of have to keep to your own self, because it’s a fragile feeling, and you put it out there, then someone will kill it. It’s best to keep that all inside.” – Bob Dylan
